We’re in search of an experienced Digital Lead Generation Specialist to develop and execute online strategies that generate qualified leads and nurture them through the sales funnel. This is a hands-on role where you will drive lead generation through various digital marketing channels, including email campaigns, paid advertising (PPC), social media marketing, SEO, content marketing, and more.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a strong understanding of lead-generation tactics, and a proven ability to drive measurable results. This role will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that qualified leads are converted into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Funnel Creation & Optimization: Design, develop, and manage lead generation funnels from scratch, ensuring they are optimized for conversion at every stage of the buyer journey (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU).
  • Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital lead generation strategy to attract, convert, and nurture leads for our products and services.
  • Paid Media Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
  • Email Marketing: Design and manage email marketing campaigns, including lead nurturing sequences, newsletters, and promotional campaigns, ensuring high open and conversion rates.
  • SEO & Content Marketing: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content for organic search, and contribute to content creation (e.g., blogs, landing pages, whitepapers) to drive inbound leads.
  • Social Media Marketing: Build and execute paid and organic social media strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation through channels like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Performance Tracking: Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to monitor campaign performance, optimize strategies, and report on KPIs like lead conversion rates, ROI, cost per lead, etc.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on messaging, promotions, and lead qualification criteria to ensure seamless lead handoff.
  • A/B Testing: Continuously test and refine digital marketing efforts, including landing pages, email campaigns, ad copy, and social media strategies, to improve results.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and competitor activity to inform and adjust lead generation strategies.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation in B2B or B2C environments.
  • Proven experience with PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads) and social media advertising.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
  • Experience with lead nurturing and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other data analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance.
  • Strong copywriting skills for ads, landing pages, emails, and other marketing materials.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead management processes.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and the ability to test and iterate on marketing tactics.
