Required Experience and Skills:
- Zoho CRM Automation: Proven experience in designing, configuring, and managing automation workflows within Zoho CRM, including lead management, email marketing automation, and reporting.
- Magento: Strong expertise in integrating and automating e-commerce processes within Magento, including inventory management, order processing, and customer interactions.
- Odoo: Hands-on experience with Odoo's automation tools, including setting up business processes, CRM workflows, and ERP integrations.
- Salesforce Automation: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce, particularly in automating sales processes, lead nurturing, and customer lifecycle management.
- API Integrations: Ability to design and manage API connections between various platforms (Zoho, Magento, Odoo, Salesforce) to ensure smooth data flow and process automation.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and optimize automation workflows.
- Project Management: Experience in managing automation projects end-to-end, from requirement gathering to execution and post-implementation support.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other CRM and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Certifications in Zoho, Magento, Odoo, or Salesforce are a bonus.
