We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with a strong marketing background to help streamline administrative tasks and drive our marketing initiatives forward.

As an Executive Assistant with Marketing Experience, you will be responsible for both executive support and contributing to marketing efforts. We’re looking for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and experienced in managing digital marketing campaigns across different platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Conduct LinkedIn outreach for networking and lead generation purposes.
  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and SEO strategies.
  • Track and analyze the performance of Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, making necessary adjustments to improve ROI.
  • Manage and optimize Google SEO to ensure consistent ranking improvements.
  • Conduct research to support marketing and outreach strategies.
  • Other administrative and marketing-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably with marketing duties.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, Google Ads, Google SEO, and Facebook Ads.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and marketing tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $5 to $7 per hour 

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
