Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with sales teams to create mutually beneficial proposals
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with all stakeholders
- Monitor project teams to ensure contract execution aligns with agreements
- Gather and analyze customer and competitor data
- Make and deliver presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
- Create and implement processes and policies that support overall business growth
- Track, identify, and add qualified prospects to the sales pipeline
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to enhance business development
- Track and report on the status of proposal components
- Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of industry trends
- Work with the pricing department to create competitive rate proposals
- Drive the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract closure
- Prepare and submit detailed sales contracts to clients
Qualifications:
✔️ Proven leadership skills
✔️ At least 2 years of experience in sales and business development
✔️ Strong negotiation and communication abilities
✔️ Ability to analyze data and drive actionable insights
✔️ Experience with managing client relationships and delivering presentations
✔️ Familiarity with sales pipelines, contract negotiations, and market research
Rate: $8 USD/hour, negotiable depending on experience.
