Hi My Name is Jorica from Bulacan, Philippines. I used to work in the BPO Industry for 8 years as Customer service Representative/Technical Support/Sales and Retention. All the project I’ve handled before is all international account mostly in US. I was trained to handle different type of customer over the years, so I know how to deal with American people or other races who speak English. Sadly, during Pandemic I lost my job due to Strict Security Protocol that the government Implemented for stopping Covid 19 to Spread, But I didn’t lose hope in fact that really gives me a motivation to find a different set up were I can still able to apply all the learning I had when I was working in the BPO Industry. I apply as a VA and luckily, I was hired by a client under Phyllis VA community and it such an honor to be part of this community because they will train you not only to have the skills for job and also giving you mindset training that help me to be a successful Person. When I started as I Virtual assistant I worked as Customer Service as a cold caller/Lead Generator, so my role is to look for a lead from different kind Website, Flatforms, Social Media sites and other tools and once I have the list, I am also calling them so that I can set an appointment for a zoom meeting with Boss. After being a customer service, my client started to train me to do Basic Graphic Design and becoming a social Media Manager, I manage my clients Social Media Account and the social media
