I am writing to express my interest in the Inside Sales position with 5starvas company.  With a Bachelor’s degree in Management and over 10 years and 4months of experience in the BPO industry, I have honed my skills in customer service, leadership, and sales.

My career includes over 3 years of experience in customer service, with a significant portion of my career spent as a Semi-Lead in Retail, where I successfully managed two lines of business. I have also provided training and support to new hires, assisting them in system navigation, client prospecting, and handling customer objections. My background further includes 4yrs experience for inside and cold calling for an Australian Sales Telco, and most recently, I served as an IT Help Desk customer service representative for a US streaming campaign, as well as a CSR for a gaming campaign.
